park picnic + reiki share

picnic @ 5:45pm (free) // reiki share 6:15 - 8:45 pm // $20

this event is only open to siam reiki students of Salima Pirani.

PARK PICNIC: 5:45 - 6:15 pm ~ bring your dinner** to a drop-in park picnic before the reiki share to catch up with this lovely + growing community of reiki channels, healers, and masters. meet new and seasoned practitioners (also friends!), then stick around for reiki practice at 6:30pm. relax, recharge, release, receive, rejuvenate. can’t stay for reiki, that’s cool too. you can head out when you need. **please consider bringing your picnic in environmentally conscious reusable containers. let’s leave no trace!

REIKI SHARE: 6:15pm ~ once we wrangle some picnic tables, we’ll start our first session at 6:30 pm. then we’ll all swap & next session will start at 7:45 pm. sundown is at 8:52pm, so we’ll wrap up before being plunged into the beauty (and darkness) of the night. if you can’t make the picnic, it’s fine to rsvp to just the reiki share. **LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. PLEASE RSVP BELOW. i’ll start a wait list when we reach capacity.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:

  • sunscreen, dress in layers as we’ll go from day —> night

  • bug spray (long pants/shirts help)

  • face mask + shield, yoga mat, refillable water bottle, hand sanitizer, portable stool/chair if desired, pendulum, crystals, environmentally friendly picnic stuff, an open heart and sense of outdoor adventure.

VENUE: Morningside Park. 390 Morningside Avenue. The meeting spot in the park and directions will be sent a few days in advance to all who are registered.

COVID SAFETY:

 

  • please self screen using this online tool before coming to this event. if you have any symptoms of illness, please kindly do not attend this event.

  • be prepared to wear a mask while receiving reiki and a mask and face shield while giving reiki. face shields are available at most drugstores/dollarstores.

  • we will be practicing reiki using augmented hand positions to avoid touching the face. we’ll review these positions as a group before beginning.

FEE: the reiki share is $20/person. please send $20 by e-transfer to info@paradigmreiki.com after submitting your RSVP form below. please include your name in the e-transfer message. there is no fee to attend the picnic :)
